Conference Programme

The conference will run from 21st -25th September 2014 with a full programme of technical sessions including keynote speeches and plenary lectures from Monday through to Thursday. The conference programme will be updated as speakers are accepted, please subscribe for updates to keep abreast of the latest details.

A conference is about so much more than expanding your technical knowledge and we have included many opportunities for you to socialise and network with fellow delegates forming those all-important relationships across the industry. For this reason lunch and refreshments are provided as part of your registration everyday.

On Sunday we invite you to join us for an evening reception at which you can meet your fellow delegates. The reception will be held in the stunning Zinc Bar at the Hilton Old Town Hotel. Just off Reception.

On Tuesday afternoon we are pleased to host a trade exhibition, please support our exhibitors, without them we would not be able to develop so comprehensive a programme.

On Wednesday you are invited* to join us for a sumptuous Awards Dinner, where you can join in celebrating the achievements of the conference and we can honour those whose work has won an award.

To help with your travel plans, the first Technical Session will start on Monday  22nd September 2014 at 08:30 and the final session will finish on Thursday 25th September 2014 at 17:00. For those wanting to see more of Prague (and you really will) we have arranged that the special room rates available to delegates will be available for a few nights before and after the actual conference programme.


*Costs included in the full conference fee, delegate guests and those attending on a day rate are of course invited to join the event at an additional cost but early booking for this amazing evening (details are still being kept secret!) is essential as numbers will be limited.
